What about tomorrow? What does worrying profit us? We all do it, even the most fervent believers. Even though the Bible tells us in many places how worrying does nothing but cause us pain and anxiety. Let’s take a look at what James says about worry.
Who are we to sit in judgement of others. There is already a judge. A pure, honest, loving, gracious, and merciful judge. Let’s take a look at James 4:12 (NIV): “There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?”
Do we truly realize how much values our relationship to him? So much so, Jesus sacrificed himself for it. Drawing closer to God is our most pressing quest. Let’s talk for a moment about how to do that.
