Who are we to sit in judgement of others. There is already a judge. A pure, honest, loving, gracious, and merciful judge. Let’s take a look at James 4:12 (NIV): “There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?”
Do we truly realize how much values our relationship to him? So much so, Jesus sacrificed himself for it. Drawing closer to God is our most pressing quest. Let’s talk for a moment about how to do that.
If we are saved by grace, when why do we need to bother to work by doing good deeds and helping others. What’s in in for me? I already have heaven. What more do I need? As the song goes, “What’s love got to do with it?” WHY WORK? WHENCE COMETH MY WISDOM?
